Why is Cancer the second most dominant sign in my natal chart if…?
I don’t have it under any planet. An example would be how I have a Pluto in Scorpio and that’s my most dominant position. I do have Cancer in my 12th house though but that’s it.
I’m on my pad right now. I’ll post my chart later on today. I hope you guys can help me then too.

Because: bla bla bla planets, bla bla bla energy, bla bla bla
That explain everything?

how have you arrived at this please? if you do not have anything in cancer it cannot be dominant. It would have been helpful if you posted your circular natal chart picture for evaluation
pluto is scorpio is simply a generational planet but how is it aspected? Planets in SIGNS are not islands and cannot function alone unless unaspected of course. Just remember planets are modified by signs, where these planets express are houses and HOW they express are mathematical aspects. So any planet/s can be afflicted by malefic planets like Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto and this would seriously modify how the planet would function.
You can do this by making a Free account on astro.com and click Free Horoscopes tab. Click “Color Horoscope” if you just want to see your dominant planets and aspects. This is a new feature which shows in graph form which planet is dominant.
In Extended Chart selection, under (Methods), the Pullen/Astrology section does not deal or explain dominant planets but gives (sign/house dispositor graph)and under ‘simple delineation by Walter Pullen’ is a list of planets, aspects, midpoints. Personally, I think the astroclick version is better.
this one above just gives dominant element, ie: fire, earth, air water
look for planets in signs and then planets in houses
planets in signs are really good at alwaysastrology
select a planet from menu on the left hand side

“Sun in Scorpio, Moon in Pisces
The combination of your Sun sign and your Moon sign produces a person with terrific intuition and sense that ordinary people simply don’t have. You are overly dramatic and frequently exaggerate problems. You are, likewise, able to capture the drama of your surroundings as well as the imagination of the public. Yours is an emotional profundity that lends a great deal of inspiration to your personality. You attack any problem with unswerving enthusiasm and devotion, always giving more that just a part of yourself to your causes or ideals. Here there is a blend of the emotional force, determination and will power of Scorpio with the sensitivity, impressionability and intuitive insight of Pisces. This produces a strongly emotional and somewhat psychic or receptive and impressionable nature. A studious and intellectual bend permits you to succeed, especially in literary or artistic endeavors. You are very creative, but your success may be more from a willingness to apply yourself than from pure talent. On the down side, you are anxious and worry too much. Positive thinking is essential for you to attain personal balance and peace of mind. There are unexpected depths in your nature and you succeed by concentrating your energies on definite objectives, avoiding the tendency to dispense emotional energies and intellectual power in overemphasis on romance, daydreaming or negative apprehensions or worries. ” http://www.astrology-numerology.com/sun-moon8.html#Pisces
scroll to bottom to read gemini asc
Gemini Asc (along with pisces) is probably one of the most difficult in childhood. I call gemini risers the ‘why children’ wearing parents down asking questions, why why why. How does this work, why does that do this? sometimes I think parents ‘switch off’ from constant questions and then the child feels alientated, misunderstood, bit like a square peg in round hole. does this resonate?
[Gemini ASC (OK I’m actually a lot more like Cap rising)]
post your chart and I’ll tell you why. I suspect Saturn is conjunct Asc or in first house, making your feel like this.

Posting Natal Chart Data v Natal Chart Pictures?
You have to accept we are ALL multifaceted human beings and what astrology does is break things down, compartmentalises things into smaller chunks for you to digest. These chunks are called mathematical aspects these 10 planets make to each other. This is the *meat and bones* of astrology. Just remember planets are modified by signs, where they express are houses and how they express are *aspects* Planets to not act alone as if stranded on a desolate island, they interact and express as modified energies. For me astrology is a form of psychology, a way to help you understand you, your motivations and ways of thinking/feeling In future please consider posting a chart rather than just little bits and pieces of it
