I had a dream my little brother died of a total accident?
My brother’s birthday was a few days ago, i had a dream i was at his birthday party and my mom was walking in high heels and accidentally kicked him, and he died. In the dream i was crying non-stop. My little brother is 7 so this was really scary to me, i try to be a good older sister to him. Could this mean something bad?
Answer by Kelsey
It could be or it could be a dark fear kicking in.

Don’t worry dream is only a dream! Pray to God and ask for his blessings!

It doesn’t necessarily mean a bad thing. Dreams are sooo abstract it’s so hard to tell what they are trying to tell us. If you love your brother like crazy and care for him then it could be simply a fear of ever losing someone you love. If it helps, this website is a little dream dictionary that kinda helps me when i have an insane dream! dreammoods.com, and with this website you usually need to just type in what you remember from the dream. In other words, type in birthday and search, or death, brother, just single words then search.

Give your answer to this question below!
Does every single dream have a deeper interpretation to it?
I’m just curious, are dreams simply your subconscious randomly stringing together ideas, an active expression of your fears and desires, or an alteration of both?
In other words, is every dream a manifestation of something significant lurking in our minds, or random rubbish that our semi-conscious throws together?
Thanks to all that can help! This category of science fascinates me.

In dreams my thoughts take their form, to give memories identity.

The meaning of dreams is subjective, there is no correct answer. Some people will argue that dreams do have a significant meaning, whilst others will say they are just pointless manifestations of the mind. I’m pretty sure everyone has heard of the works of Adler, Freud and Jung at the very least. Try looking into their theories, and others too, if you are interested in this field. Personally, I believe dreams are created as a result of external stimuli from the outside environment whilst we sleep. Whether they have any meaning is debatable, although I should like to think so.

I’ve been into dream interpretation for years and years. I picked it up as a party favor and now my friends and co-workers will just stop and ask me. I find it fascinating too.
A lot of websites like Dreammoods.com will give you a dictionary of items and what they mean. These are hit and miss from what I have found. Some answers are very psychological, some are general reasons for the masses, and some are strangely mystic. I don’t much buy into crystals and ghosts and the after life. I just like the psychology of it 😉
When someone new askes me about it I tend to tell them this.
You (yourself) and your brain are in a car. Your brain is driving, and you are passenger. At the end of the day your dreams are your brain going back over that days drive. In a real car have you ever driven a route a million times, then one day, say you carpool, and you are in passenger seat and see all these things you never noticed. Like a barn behind a house. All those details you can’t pick up while driving because you are focused on your primary goal (getting there alive). Dreaming is a lot like that. Your brain 60% of the time is just telling you stuff you already know and saw, like a friend rambling on for 8 hours over a movie you just told them you already went to.
The rest of the time the brain seems to give back to you thoughts you already are thinking, or different views.
Furthermore your brain… doesn’t speak English. Sad to say. lol. Dreams are like charades. It will give you situations to make you FEEL a certain way usually. That is why the dream dictionaries will tell you pregnancy is about changes in life. When a woman is pregnant in real life they FEEL that impending change, to dream about it is your brain trying to tell you how you feel.
Sometimes it asks you questions, sometimes it is solving problems, and sometimes it is just blabbing on with no point. Just like I have now
Keep dreaming 🙂
