I am a Christian yet believe in some Astrology?
I’m a Christian, but as I’ve learned more about astrology and horoscopes, I am starting to believe some of it. I don’t believe in the daily horoscopes, or that the horoscopes will tell me how my life will be, what will happen next, who I will marry etc. I believe only God knows that. I am starting to believe that depending on the month, day, time you were born, can affect your personality, your social and work life, who your friends are, and who your attracted to. Is this OK? I do not consider astrology a part of my religious beliefs.

Nevertheless, it is astrology that you describe and the Bible recommends staying away from such endeavors. Thanks for asking.

Well, now we know you believe that funny stuff too.
No, you can’t be a ‘good’ Christian and believe in ‘fortune telling’ things.
The bible is against it big time!

I believe the most astrology can do is offer a ‘placebo effect’: if you grow up thinking “I’m a Libra. I’m supposed to be artistic,” you’ll probably lean toward the arts because, at least subconsciously, you think you should.
Other than that, the taxonomy of horoscopes are so general that they could apply to most people in most situations. When I realistically look at my horoscope, I find that I don’t match 50% of what a Leo is supposed to be.
